The Pickled Perch
The Pickled Perch menu features an extensive small-plate selection including crab dip, burrata caprese, and empanadas, alongside time-honored entrees such as fried chicken, a barbecue brisket sandwich, and pasta carbonara. Curiously enough, there's no pickled perch. The menu is likely to change seasonally to make the best use of local ingredients and tastes. Elizabeth Keller serves as general manager and pastry chef, while Kevin Sokal (most recently of Hatchet Tap & Table) is the head chef. Summer Batford, the front-of-house manager, has 20 years’ experience and may be a familiar face for Vermonters.
